Today's Race of MotoGP: Sachsenring 2013

hello guys, meet me again this weekend in the >> MotoGP eni Motorrad Grand Prix Deutschland. yeap today's race is held in Sachsenring circuit of Germany. have you guys ever been there? cause frankly I haven't, I only watch them on TV every year. and as usual, I always try not to miss every single class' race to give a fully-updated news and highlight. anyway, and as always this post is originally made by me and frankly I never repost something on my blog. I always try to write them myself. and let's continue to the smallest class.

Sachsenring Circuit

Moto3
ugh, I forgot the time of the main race started, so unfortunately I missed the race start of Moto3 class. anyway, I didn't miss that much since the leader of the race wasn't changed, yeap Alex Rins was the race leader as you know he was the pole position holder that day, followed by Luis Salom and Miguel Oliveira. the race start was likely lead by our three spaniards (as always) Alex, Luis, and Maverick, but surprisingly Australian rider Jack Miller was on the 3rd place when he started from 2nd row 5th position, but disappointed finishing on 7th. these dudes (Alex, Luis, Maverick) never miss the battle each other. I didn't really catch the race since I got quite lots to do at home, but what I caught was the race leader was back and forth taken by either Alex and Luis. when the race still remained more than 10 laps, Luis overtook Alex's position, but then again. just remember that there could be any possibilities on the race. but, dramatically Alex Rins overtook Luis' lead position and finally won the race. and dramatic scene was exposed again when Maverick was this close (+0.016) to get 2nd position against Luis when they both touched the finish line. but sadly, he just finished on 3rd position (he looked really disappointed), followed with Miguel and Marc Marquez's brother, Alex Marquez. another three same faces on the podium, teen spaniards.

Luis, Alex, Mack on the podium

Moto2
another race from Moto2 Espargaro on the first row, but he was on 3rd position. and say hi to Jordi Torres in front of Pol and the pole position holder Xavier Simeon. yeap, Jordi was surprisingly really fast in the qualifying session, while Nico Terol the team-mate was far behind on 12th position. also, Scott Redding was on 8th position. I really don't understand why Jordi was shown up on that speed while he was usually far behind Pol. when the race started it was Pol who lead the race. followed by Jordi behind. the Moto2 race wasn't really sharp (again) but Jordi's appearance was really jazzing up the race hehe. Simone Corsi who started the race from 5th was taking the top 3 positions along with Pol and Jordi. from the half of the race it was seen that Pol was slowing down and he sliding too far he made an enough inside space for someone to overtake it. until that moment came, Jordi took the open-door and held himself as the race leader. another over-sliding made by Pol, and made himself being overtaken by Italian rider Simone Corsi. it was really a disappointment when Nico Terol didn't finish and got crash :( maybe Jordi's first win could heal the sadness. and unfortunately, the local's rider Sandro Cortese finished on 15th position and only got 1 point from his home race. so finally, the race was won by Jordi Torres, Simone Corsi on 2nd, and the disappointed-guy-Pol on 3rd. Scott finished on 7th but still, he leads the standings with Pol follows with 23 points different.

MotoGP
move on to the Premier Class. today's race was not quite sharp, guys, since the race was left by Jorge and Dani in the medical room. yeah, they both confirmed that they were absent from today's race due to health conditions. maybe some of the riders were really happy they could have a big opportunity to get podiums hehe. the pole position holder was the young talented rider from Repsol Honda Team, Marc Marquez, followed by Cal Crutchlow, and Vale Rossi. in the first place, I just thought that maybe Marc got some nerve in the front row as he was followed by pro riders such Cal and Rossi. and on the second row, on the 4th place was held by local rider Stefan Bradl, and surprisingly the 5th position was held by CRT rider, Pol's brother, Aleix Espargaro! happy for him :) okay, when the race started it was Stefan Bradl who lead the race! the local rider was really determined to get a podium in his home race, followed by Vale, and... Aleix! Marc was behind Aleix, while Cal was out of nowhere (I mean I didn't see him on the temporary top 3) but it was not long, since Marc overtook Aleix and Vale overtook Stefan. yeah, you'd know that CRT won't win against Honda Factory. I was reaaaally happy to see Stefan on the lead but then you just can't miss Rossi there. Vale was seen having trouble with his bike. he once had shock with his bike meant that the bike had reached the limit. after this, Vale was slowing his bike down, but unfortunately made his pace widened for sliding too much and made himself overtaken by Cal from the inside area. from the result, you could see that there was not much difference with the first starting grid. top 4 order winner wasn't changed, it was still with Marc on the 1st, with Cal, Vale, and Stefan followed. Alvaro Bautista finished on 5th and Aleix Espargaro was on 8th, he was literally overtaken by Andrea Dovizioso, too. but that still made him the best CRT rider in this race since he held himself as the CRT winner. congrats Aleix, keep up the good work.

congrats, Marc!

the same faces we saw on Assen's podium

as you can see, guys, the race is not the same without Jorge and Dani. another podium serves you the same faces with the previous race (Marc, Vale, Cal). Jorge got his crash before Dani got his, but both of them got crash on Free Practice session. Dani fractured his left collarbone and felt pain on his shoulder. after a medical check up, his doctor declared that he was fit to take part on Warm-Up. but suddenly he got dizzy as his blood pressure went low. so that, Dani declared that he was unfit to race and miss today's race. Jorge bent the titanium plate on his left collarbone (ouch) and made himself to undergo another surgery in Barcelona. but the miracle didn't come as it did in Assen, Netherland, when he took part of the race and finished on 5th. and now he was just focus on his recovery and declared that he will skip 2 races ahead and will be back in Indianapolis in hope he's already 100% fit to race and (after summer break -- 5 weeks later) #GetWellSoonJorge
Dani got crash in FP3 session

See U Soon, Jorge

Jorge watched at home

with the absence of Jorge and Dani on the race and Marc wins today's race, he now leads the Standings with a 2 different points from Dani on the 2nd and Jorge on the 3rd. of course, the Standings will easily change as Dani will be back in Laguna Seca race. but when Dani is back and wins the next race, of course it means that he will make himself far on top from Jorge. I just hope that this year's really Dani's year. maybe he was really tired of being 2nd or 3rd whilst he could be the first. if I was Dani, I was pissed by myself. whenever you get newbie as your team-mate in Repsol Honda Team, it was always them who shine. when he was accompanied by Nicky, it was Nicky who won the 2006 championship (it's different, cause Dani was the newbie). he was accompanied by Casey, it was Casey who won the 2011 championship. and now.. accompanied by "lil brother" Marc, will it be Marc who wins the championship? well I think this is too earlier for him, though. and.. another joyful moment, guys ;) again! Cal touched back tire of Marc's when he tried to get him closer to Marc. and after the Qualification session, there was shot a really funny pic spotted, as you see like this

(speechless) just laugh out loud

the pic is so naughty as Rossi tweeted and mentioned to Marc on his twitter "Ehi @marcmarquez93 keep attention to @calcrutchlow tomorrow,and not just in the track!" LOL even though Cal has a scary and fierce face, he's really funny though haha. okay, that's all for today's race. also we can conclude that the all classes of MotoGP are won by Spaniard (yeaay) Moto3: Alex Rins, Moto2: Jordi Torres, MotoGP: Marc Marquez. sorry for the lack of information. and see you soon next week at 9th race at Laguna Seca Circuit.
