Today's Race of MotoGP: Silverstone 2013
sorry guys but this is going to be a very short post due to my college business, cause tomorrow I'm going to have my first day of college again *sigh* short post, so I'm gonna give extra pictures though. anyway, I didn't understand either why Moto2 race was the first, and just like the last race's order, MotoGP, then Moto3.so, here it is >>Hertz British Grand Prix
Silverstone Circuit |
the race result:
1. Scott Redding, 2. Takaaki Nakagami, 3. Thomas Luthi
Congratz, Scott! |
Taka, Scott, and Tom on podium |
I didn't see Spaniards on the podium haha. but I felt sorry for Pol, he seemed frustrated :( and I didn't watch the entire race cause it was kinda boring. but, happy for Scott to win his home race! congratulations, a good tribute for Barry Sheene. and also, it's crazy the way Scott celebrated it though haha. he just had this honor laps, and then went to gravel to celebrate it with audiences. but once he left his bike, he asked a German rider, Marcel Schrotter, his close friend, to support the bike for a while. LOL but it was just for a while, else then some circuit officers held it
MotoGP
the race result:
1. Jorge Lorenzo, 2. Marc Marquez, 3. Dani Pedrosa
The Three Spaniards on podium |
Flag of Olimpiade 2020 on podium |
The Outstanding Jorge. nice jump! |
different with the previous class, three Spaniards on podium now. dont you think it's kinda boring to see the same faces on podium again? and Spain National Anthem is played every week? Jorge just secured his 1st place from the race start. Dani had a bad start and he was 6th, but then he successfully assured his place on 3rd behind Jorge and Marc. Marc was almost overtaking Jorge, but dramatically it was in the last corner, they were bumping each other but Jorge still was being on 1st. Dani, as always, said "I am a little bit disappointed" in every race. well, leave that with him, but as usual, happiest face ever seen, and had an a bit-over-celebration. but that's what you like from Jorge, right? :)
Moto3
the race result:
1. Luis Salom, 2. Alex Rins, 3. Alex Marquez
felicitaciones, el Mexicano! |
three talented young spaniards. no Mack! |
Mack Vinales was the pole position holder, and leading the race for about 15 laps or less. but then, this Luis (I didn't know where he came from) just came to the pack including of Alex Rins, Alex Marquez, and Maverick Vinales. dramatcally, Luis who's still injured and needing a support from crutch lead the race and won. Mack was 4th and this is the first race without a podium of the year :( and he was as disappointed as Dani Pedrosa. of course! another comment from Gavin Emmett during Alex Marquez' interview "he looks, he sounds, and he smiles like his older brother (Marc, red)" LOL true true, but Alex has a sexier voice than his big bro hehe
Joyful moment! or Important Things
well, not a joyful moment this time. lots of accident and crash happened, so let's just changed it into Important Things! first, I'm going to give you all this dramatic accident or big crash in WUP of MotoGP.
Cal's WUP crash (check the yellow flag) and Marc joined |
so dramatic, huh? but gotta admit it, it's funny to see they ran like that to avoid Marc's boom bike crash hahahaha especially seeing Cal like that! yeap, Cal had a crash in the first place, but then Marc also got crash in the same corner like Cal. actually, when Cal got crash, yellow flag was out, yet Marc didn't slow his speed. instead, he just kept on race speed. this, made himself getting a 2 penalty point. check this:
Penalty Point for Mr. Marc Marquez |
yeap, I feel for you, Marc. yet, he still got a podium though! and another sad moment that Ducati Italian rider, Andrea Dovizioso, crashed in 2 last laps, while having a battle for 8th with Bradley Smith and Nicky Hayden! so dramatic :( so sad for him. but, it is what it is, it's a race. no rivals will put a heart for you during the race. you know! having 3 successive races for 3 weeks is also kinda exhausting for me to post every weekend. phew! so, I could only give you all this. I hope you still like it, and see you in San Marino, 15th Sept!
